Tumor Volume by Time Point

Tumor volumes for each cohort were monitored for the duration of treatment and measured at predetermined intervals. Here, a time-series look at tumor volume is presented for each investigational therapy and placebo.

Again, Capomulin demonstrates a steady decrease compared to the other two therapies. Capomulin shows an approximate decrease in volume of 10 mm3mm3 while the others, including placebo, show an increase in mean tumor size of 20 to 25 mm3mm3.
